You are welcome to the branches to avail all our services in Ramadan between the working hours from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. However, we recommend to make a prior appointment for relevant services for efficient utilization of your valuable time of limited working hour during this period. To ensure the safety of customers and staff, we have made elaborate safety arrangements. Thermo check at all entry points is a must, hand sanitizers are abundantly installed throughout the branches, wearing the face mask is mandatory for all staff and incoming customers at point of entrances. Furthermore, a plastic shield is installed on the spare parts counters. We will continue to increase these safety measures because we care about all stakeholders.
At this stage, we are also thankful to the Saudi Government to allow us to serve the essential services provider to Saudi citizen during this lockdown conditions.
